Since we started our initiative, the results have been very encouraging. Between Nov 2019 and Nov 2020, the number of Women Software Engineers in our teams has increased by 8%.

Of course, no one has cracked the code to having a more balance representation of women in Tech & Product (but if you have, let us know). But we’re doing our best to change things for the better, adapting effective initiatives inspired by other industries, and coming up with new ideas to test.
